Some Hosted Grafana Incidents Experienced Issues Initializing

Between 8:17 and 12:52 UTC, we identified an issue that prevented some users from initializing their Grafana Cloud instances. Users encountering this issue would have experienced a "default backend - 404" error upon attempting to access their instance(s). We have since remediated the issue and users should no longer experience this behavior.
