As of 12:15 UTC, Engineering successfully applied a mitigation to improve the connection issues to Grafana Cloud. Since then, we have observed a continue period of healthy connection behavior and a sharp decrease in latency for Grafana Cloud instances in the prod-eu-west-0 and prod-us-central-0 regions. Considering this incident resolved.

We are actively investigating reports of sporadic connection issues to Grafana Cloud instances mainly affecting "prod-us-central-0" and "prod-eu-west-0" Grafana instances. Users might see slightly elevated latency when browsing Grafana.
