Hosted Logs tailing intermittent issues

Resolved

We've been experiencing intermittent issues with tailing logs on the Hosted Logs service. The issue was happening between 7:30 and 8:00 UTC and has been fully resolved now.

All Hosted Logs instances in the us-central cluster were affected.
