Monitoring

Engineers have finally been able to return traffic to database cluster. All affected instances should now be running normally again. A full postmortem of the incident will be provided in the next day or two.

Update

A network fault within the cluster has caused the Database cluster to transition to a failed state. Engineers are working to bring the cluster online. No data-loss has been experienced.

Some Hosted Grafana instances in our US-CENTRAL region are currently experiencing connectivity issues. Users may see timeouts or 502 errors when accessing their instances.
Engineers are working to restore services.
