Hosted Grafana: Some Instances Initialized with Older Version of Grafana

Between 14:40 and 15:00 UTC, some Hosted Grafana instances running in Azure may have initialized on an older, non-current version of Grafana, running different versions of provisioned plugins. We isolated this issue to the Azure prod-eu-west-3 and the Azure us-central2 clusters, only. Engineering has already initiated and completed reconciliation and remediation methods.

This is an informational incident. No further updates.
