upgrade has completed. most customer deployments are done flushing buffers of extra data that accumulated, the others look to be almost done and will complete soon.

the ingestion points are now back to nominal timings , and we can see normal ingestion traffic volumes, and increased ingestion volumes for customers that are now flushing buffered data.

the ongoing upgrade is causing decreased ingestion performance, in some cases leading to timeouts and retries, depending on how data is ingested. users of carbon-relay-ng will have a buffer that will flush as performance gets better. This is leading to a delay in visibility of stats.
