Engineering has completed all mitigating changes to the prod-us-central-0 cluster. We continue to observe healthy cluster and instance behaviors and as such, we are considering this issue resolved at this time. No further updates.

Monitoring

Between 16:15 and 16:30 UTC, we were alerted to a high error rate in the prod-us-central-0 cluster that may have resulted in instances failing to start or initialize properly during that time period, only. Engineering has identified the issue and is actively investigating to prevent reoccurrence. At this time, the cluster remains healthy and customers should not experience adverse behavior. We will continue to monitor the cluster health at this time.
