Update

As of 20:18 UTC, Engineering has applied some mitigations to reduce the breadth of impact. A few users in the prod-eu-west-0 cluster may still experience brief, intermittent periods of latency, occasional failed requests, or an instance restart. Engineering is continuing to investigate a long term resolution and updates will be shared accordingly.
