As of 1815, Engineering has mitigated the issue and instances in the EU West (prod-eu-west-3) region are now reachable and initialize as expected. We are considering this issue resolved at this time.

Investigating

As of 1738 UTC, we were alerted to some instances failing to initialize in the EU West (prod-eu-west-3) region, only. Engineering is aware and has associated this with routine maintenance efforts. They are actively investigating and will work to identify a forward path. Instances experiencing this issue will fail to initialize and remain on the loading screen.

We will provide updates as information is shared.
