We are investigating issues creating API keys on Hosted Grafana instances using the Grafana Cloud API: https://grafana.com/docs/grafana-cloud/reference/cloud-api/#create-hosted-grafana-instance-api-keys.
This doesn't impact the API to create Grafana Cloud API keys.
