Between 13:30-13:42 UTC and 16:00-16:30 UTC, some instances may have experienced a very short service disruption, resulting in an inability to initialize instances. The impacted instances would have been limited to the following clusters: prod-us-east-0, prod-ca-east-0, and prod-eu-west-2.

Engineering had been performing minor updates and this issue stemmed from a small migration action made to the affected clusters. There is no additional or continuing impact and we are considering this a retroactive incident at this time. No further updates.
