Issues Writing Logs - EU West Region

Between 13:44-13:51 UTC we observed a high number of errors writing logs to Hosted Loki in the EU West region only. Users who may have encountered this issue would have experienced a 5xx error when attempting to write logs. The issue is now resolved and any write methods (Promtail or Agent) will auto-retry any failed writes.
