Investigating

We are currently Investigating an issue with the Grafana Cloud Logs Ruler, where the api_v1_rules endpoint start reporting 5xx starting Aug 10 17:50 UTC, this may cause issues accessing Grafana Cloud Log Alert and Recording Rules with some Grafana Cloud Logs Instances in the "prod-us-central-0" region.
