Update

a cluster overload caused by the upgrade is affecting some customers on us-west, resulting in delayed ingestion (metrics showing up with lag)

Update

around noon UTC the us-west cluster was under increased load, which for some instances delayed metric ingestion up to about 30 to 60 seconds. This problem lasted about 15 minutes.
