The Grafana Cloud cluster in the Azure US Central region (us-central2) is being rebuilt due to its age and lack of support for newer Azure technologies (e.g., RBAC and native network policies). To address this, all workloads will be migrated from the legacy cluster (us-central2) to the new one (prod-us-central-7). Once complete, the legacy cluster will be decommissioned.
(Note: This is a cluster migration within the Azure US Central region, not a region migration—both clusters remain in Azure US Central.)
We do not expect SLA breaches and for most customer this migration will be seamless. There may in some instances be a couple of minutes where a dashboard is unusable or you cannot change a config but this should resolve itself almost immediately.
