Engineering has applied a mitigation and we have observed marked improvement in the metric issues within the EU West region. At this time, we are monitoring to ensure continued appropriate behavior.

Investigating

As of 11:51 UTC, we were alerted to issues writing metrics to the EU West region, only. Some users may experience 500 errors or delayed metric actions, such as ingestion and querying. Engineering is aware and actively investigating. We will provide updates as more information is shared.
